I submitted my resume on career builder to a number of marketing assistant and entry level marketing positions through Broward and Miami. Imagine how thrilled I was once I had received an invitation to 6 separate interviews! Well, if that I how you ended up here DO NOT BE FOOLED. This company and countless others use vague facts and plenty of flat out lied to lure those hoping for a great career opportunity into their clutches. They always then have a three step interview process. The first interview is nothing but a conversation that barely brushes upon your experience and qualifications, and you'll then slowly learn that this "marketing" position is just a low level sales position as you'll he demonstrating products on the street or in stores. You are then told to attend the second interview. The second interview usually takes place at a store location and you shadow an individual and are told to interact with customers. If you do even sort of well, they will then offer you the position in a third interview. I never made it that far. I called in advance at this location and inquired as to whether or not this was one of these sorts of positions and the receptionist became all flustered and assured me that it was simply a full time salaried marketing position. And after my first interview I learned that it was hourly and most of what you earned was commission. There were upwards of 20 individuals being interviewed at the same time as me, so much so that we had to stand outside their office in the hallway of the building. As they left we all discussed how we had been swindled and mislead, as they had already encountered similar scams and positions. This company and so many others claim their positions are marketing positions, yet it's nothing but low level sales. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SPEND YOUR TIME ELSEWHERE FINDING A REAL JOB.
