VA Tech Wabag came to our college for campus placements. The entire hiring process was smooth and swift. They shortlisted all of the applied candidates with a CGPA above 6.5. They then came to the campus offline and conducted the hiring process in a single day, First, an online aptitude assessment was held that had very basic questions on reasoning, numericals and English grammar. Then a Group Discussion was held. The topic was decided by the students. Afterwards, a personal interview was held. The interview was incredibly easily, No technical questions were asked and it took about 5-10 minutes.
