I already had sales experience and call center experience so it was easy. I showed up and spoke with the call center manager for about 30-45 minutes and I was offered the position to start asap which I did. This was a very very laid back upstart company when I started as we actually worked out of beautiful bay front island home that had about 20 employees. It is more of a corporate structure now.
