I was contacted once, then a couple months went by and I was again contacted and asked if I was still interested in the job. I was and shortly thereafter I took part in a Skype Interview that was followed - a couple of weeks later - by an all day, on campus interview with multiple people. Included writing test. I was flown from my home in California to Logan and put up in the university hotel for the night. Also treated to lunch with the hiring committee the day of the interview. The in-person interview itself was fine but somewhat exhausting. Two panels of several people, lunch with the committee then a lengthy meeting with the dean. A lot for one day.
