After connecting with the two employees via LinkedIn they both agreed I'd be a great fit for the company in some capacity, and that there were two openings that I'd be a great fit for. LIE!!! After interviewing; 30/60/60 (2x), product pitch (2x), 5-8 separate phone and F2F interviews for one role, I was told that they thought I'd be a better fit for the other role at UT. Complete run around. Keep in mind that I have years of experience in this specific industry. Not sure of others out there but interviewing is time consuming, not including being led down a dead end. If they told me up front that I was not a good fit I probably wouldn't have pursued it further. Quick advice to UT: Don't LIE! Also, when I inquired about sales type topics they became very defensive, vague, and would change the subject. HMMM!... These questions consisted of quotas, % of commission, YTD #'s for all reps, etc. These are very basic sales 101 questions.
