It was a good and comfortable setting; basic interview questions about your work/management style. I interviewed with HR manager and department head; and finally a manager I would work alongsides and share duties.

Great! Hiring Manager was very blunt and upfront about the needs and the culture of the environment , i was able to relax and speak freely . Advised my needs as well

Entrevista
A recruiting agency sent me in for the interview two days after contacting me at a similar company. It was an easy phone screening with recruiter first, and just two days later I went in for the interview on my lunch hour. After interviewing with the department head for about 10 minutes, the rest of the department came in and met me and asked a few more questions about me and my background and skill set.

How do you feel about supporting a group of people? It was a very easy, laid back, process; however, everyone in the group was present and able to shoot a question at me. So, it was more about being comfortable within a group.
