There were 4 stages of the interview, so it was relatively stressful to me, didn't have more than 2 during previous occupations.
First - predictably, phone screening with basic background check, English knowledge proficiency validation and some free-form questions
Second - kind of stress interview with former Managing Director and CTO. They were asking a lot of tough questions for a product / project manager to find compromise, quickly suggest solutions that would be beneficial for stakeholders and mitigate possible risks. It took about 1.5 hours overall.
Third - more brainstorming session that actual interview - introduction to the product itself with key developers and designer, joint discussion on what should be prioritized and so on, very challenging and interesting to see in action.
Fourth - final with detailed review of my own proposals for the product development prepared in advance.
