It was a Hirevue interview. Logged on and had to film yourself answering five questions and then one written response. It was a pretty typical interview, all personality/behavior questions no technical question.

Give an example of a couch, professor, or supervisor giving you criticism. How did you handle it and what did you do?
Name a challenge you overcame and what you learned.
