I applied online in March 2019, and quickly received a interview request. First, I did a video interview with a couple of team members. (The FDP director, a current member of the FDP, and a manager). I heard back within a few hours, and the next step was to complete a leadership assessment. After a week, I heard I was invited to Assessment day at their Chattanooga, TN campus for a case study and a leadership interview. I received notification within the week of their decision.
