I was initially contacted via email from one of the recruiters and had an hour long phone interview which went excellent. I was them set up with an hour long onsite job shadow where I met with one of their current RN's and who my manager would have been. I was able to ask many questions and have them answered while being allowed to see what my work environment would be. They were so welcoming and professional. It was a great way for me to really fully understand what my duties would be especially coming from someone who only knows nursing from a hospital perspective. I was then contacted to move on to set up for a 2 hour interview. I have so much interest in this as my lifelong career but at this time not able with my lifestyle to commit to an 8-5 m-f schedule. So I declined to pursue any further. I plan and hope to within the very near future be able to have the opportunity to work for Unum.
