Their communications were highly disorganized making it very difficult to actually get an interview set up. Had to repeatedly send emails reminding the recruiter about potential appointment times he had previously suggested. Seems like he has too much on his plate, and if it weren't for all my follow up emails I probably would have never got the interview.

Questioning was very basic. Job description clearly showed they were looking for a range of development experience, but in reality they were only searching for highly experienced senior level dev's.
