Waiting for an interview is rather excessive, may take over an hour. Once you speak with someone from HR, it's rather quick, very simple questions, no room for negotiation on wages.

There was one phone interview, one in person, pretty easy in my experience i was hired on the spot. i had a nice interviewer. not sure how it goes now.

The Process Began with an Exam - Basic Math Questions, followed by an interview. Those who did well were asked to stay and those that didn't left. The interview was basic and asked what my favorite movie was- overall the process was quick but there was quite a nit of competition so be prepared.

Phone interview pre-screening was first, then there was a scheduled on-site interview in a room with other people also being interviewed. Was offered position after the end of the second interview and basic assessment.
