I was being interviewed for the Wizarding world of Harry Potter before its original opening. They called you in one by one and asked you a few questions reguarding Harry Potter trivia and kinda just got to know your personality. They are looking for bubbly people. Then they invited me to come back for a group interview about 2 hours later. They had us do a few fun activities as a group to see who can work with others best. At the end of the group interview they all told us that we were being hired to work in the Wizarding world.

Entrevista
It was a very fun process they ask how the commut is for you,also if u have reliable transportation. They want to get to know u as a person and if u can just take the job seriously but also have fun at the same time and let's say your in a specific place they want to know if u have any knowledge of that area.

How would u pull a person in to play the carnival games?
By far the best interview I have ever experienced. It was with a group of potential new hires which made the experience fun. We played some games together which helped human resources figure out where they felt each potential employee would fit best within the park.

Entrevista
I applied online. One month after, they send me an e-mail and I had to choose the day for the personal interview. I went to the interview, there were a lot of people in the lobby waiting for being interviewee. When I just came the frontal clerk gave me a form and I had to fill out, then he gave me a math test (It was easy) and after 30 minutes of waiting, I finally were interviewed. The interviewer was a girl, really friendly. She asked me about my experience, my goals and why I want to work for Universal. It was a good experience.
