The interview was a video interview with the area manager. It was ok but I was basically told I’d get virtually no training to help me to be successful in the role. I was also told I’d hear back early the next week and it’s now been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything at all. So I’ve been completely ghosted by this company which has seemingly become the norm these days. At least give all of your applicants the courtesy of a yes or no.
