I was contacted to schedule an interview within a few days of the call. I met with the department manager and another employee in the department for a group interview. Each of these interviewers had a list of questions that they took turns asking me. The first interview took approximately an hour. About 2 hours after the first interview I was called to come back in the following day for a second interview with the CFO and the VP of Marketing. I met with each of these individuals separately and was asked questions in a less formal interview environment that the first round. The second interviews each lasted about an hour each. I was contacted within a couple of days of the second interview with an offer of employment and had to take a drug test and begin a background check. My start date was 2 weeks from the date of offer.
