I submitted a resume and cover letter online. I later did an online one way interview (i.e recording answers to questions with my laptop online). After this I had a phone call and arranged an in person interview. The interview was me and three Unitywater staff. After the interview I had a phone call to say I was successful (a few days/weeks later)

Had someone calling me after the interview to advise me of the outcome. Good feedback on what I could have done better in an interview. Useful advices and was a positive experience
