Rather straight forward two part process. Team seemed unprepared with questions and really unconcerned with my time. Overall I felt it went as good as it could've.
Hiring manager quietly declined me without any notification after I sent follow up communication.
It doesn't bother me I didn't get selected, but it's extremely unprofessional to not send a follow up email or phone call to the interviewee explaining or giving your decision. That is very disrespectful to someone's time.
