I went through two video interviews, one with the hiring department and one with who would be my direct boss.
Afterwards I was sent a programming test, and never received a feedback until I sent a follow-up e-mail after 3 weeks asking about it.
Then on a Friday I was told that I would then take part on the last step of the process, only to be told on Monday that the hiring for the position had been stopped and that we could have a call to talk about it/see other possibilities, which after a month, never happened.
In the meantime, the position was published back again in LinkedIn.
Terrible communication and lack of honesty throughout the whole process.

Did 2 stages. First and very pleasant with the recruiter, second with the tech manager. They changed the manager from DK to US team in the middle of the process and it was confusing. I had to do round 2 twice
