Entrevista
Consisted of 4 separate interviews over 4 weeks conducted over Zoom.
The first interview was a 30 minute screening with a recruiter to talk about the job, salary expectations, etc.
The second interview was 30 minutes with a tech lead. He asked some basic C# language questions and we discussed the role and my previous experience.
The third interview was an hour long technical interview with 2 other developers at Unity. The first half was discussion about various aspects of the job and the second half was a Codility whiteboard session.
The last interview was with another tech lead and a product management lead. We discussed project management styles, my previous experiences and "what if" scenarios.

Ask the project you did. Basically focus on what you did

The interview process was thoughtful and engaging. The design question and home application task, covering both backend and frontend, were well-structured, challenging, and provided a great way to showcase real-world skills.
