Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Unity (Montreal, QC) en jul 2019
Entrevista
I heard about the job offer by a friend who was interviewing for a QA role and was referred to the Technical Recruiter. We scheduled a quick video call that lasted about 30 minutes. We discussed about my experience, what the job offer was and Unity in general. It was a very friendly chat and I was even invited to visit the office the next day.
The next interview was with my future manager. I was explained what the product was, what my role was going to be. There was a couple of classic interview questions about myself and how I work. There was also a couple of technical questions.
The last interview was very similar to the second one, except that it was onsite with another member of the team. They validated some of my technical skills and tried to see if I was a good fit for the team.
I then received an offer and accepted it. All in all, the process was very simple and friendly. There was always someone keeping me in the loop and I had a lot of fun.
Ask the project you did. Basically focus on what you did
Ask you how you help other people. You manner.
With shared screen code interview.
That is all what I can say.
Interview process typically includes application screening, initial HR call, technical or skill assessments, one or more interviews with managers or panels, and final evaluation leading to offer or rejection decision.
The interview process was thoughtful and engaging. The design question and home application task, covering both backend and frontend, were well-structured, challenging, and provided a great way to showcase real-world skills.
