The interview process was great. After applying for the role I got a call from the recruiter the next day who went through the role in detail, following our call he quickly scheduled another call with the hiring manager, we had a friendly and casual chat and I had the chance to ask a few questions about the company, which was great. Following on from that I had a call with a technical person, that must have been the best interview I've had in a while, it was very engaging. All the questions were relevant to what I'd be doing and also very relevant to graphics, I had the chance to ask some questions to him which was very valuable as well! The questions were difficult in a sense but they were targeted to someone who would be able to answer them, so in a sense they were not too bad and really well thought of. The last stage was an on-site meeting with the hiring manager and technical recruiter, that was also great. I got more info about the role, had a great lunch in Brighton as well!
