2-month interview process — got ghosted after the final interview. I was headhunted by HR, and they were very informative and responsive at the start. I completed three rounds of interviews. After the final interview, HR gave me positive feedback and said there would be a follow-up debrief and details about the next steps. I never received the debrief, even after sending two follow-up emails, and ultimately I was ghosted after a two-month process.

Excellent process with clear communication throughout; thoughtful interviews, respectful pacing, and genuinely great people at every stage made the Unity experience professional, human, and encouraging from start to finish overall.
