Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Unitrans (Davis, CA) en oct 2015
Entrevista
I applied online through the ASUCD website. Once the applicant pool was narrowed down, 21 people were called in for interviews. The interview was a panel, with one question from each of the four interviewers, with fairly standard questions (describe yourself, why do you want to work here, describe a stressful situation you were in). Results were posted within two days.
The interview itself was very straightforward, questions about basic requirements and working in a team environment as well as example interactions with passengers. It was just mostly to screen for any red flags.

Entrevista
Applied through the ASUCD vacancy website. Interviewed a few weeks later on the UCD campus at the Unitrans business office with two career staff and HR manager. Questions are pretty simple and the interview atmosphere is relatively relaxed and lasted about 15 minutes. You don't need to dress business professional for this. Training began very shortly after receiving the offer.
