Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and they asked me to come in for an in person interview which I did. Interview went well, she asked me why I was interested in the position about the job duties of my current position etc. I was called by the recruiter who told me that they really liked me and wanted to move forward with me and the last step was to call all my references. Called all my references and then never got back to me after that. I was told by one of their current employees that they decided to go with someone else who wanted less money. Fine by me but definitely should have been notified of their decision.
