There were 3 rounds of interview first 2 were technical and last one was managerial with some technical mix. I was waiting for their feedback and suddenly they rejected me by telling i was switching companies too often. Such a non professional behaviour, sometimes they told you that position is on hold and the next day they will call you regarding the same. They themselves do not know when and whom to hire.
