pretty long interview process. Went through all of the steps: online assessment, ONSITE assessment, three in person interviews. Received and accepted an offer (came online AND over the phone), took and passed a drug test. Just waiting on results from a backround check.

I had a one on one interview at the building in Eau Claire, WI near Festival after completing the first round of testing at a different site. It was a relaxed one on one interview in a small room off of the main lobby.

Interview was a recorded interview with 2-3 tries for your recording to each question. Use the STAR method and practice your answers before answering. The questions were your basic interview questions about yourself and personality.
