Non structured interview, interviewees didn’t seem to know what to say, the CEO seemed very insecure, they did not feel excited about the role. Abrupt. They told me They would get back to me within 2 days but took weeks

The process took about 3 months from first interview to final offer. Along the way there were multiple interview cycles with long gaps in between including 5 weeks with no information or response and then a job offer which I accepted.
