Don't waste your time. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I spoke on the phone with a couple of people before being asked to come in for an in person interview. They were very nice even up to the in person interview. However, while continually trying to follow up with them afterwards when they said they would follow up I never received a response. I did this interview back in mid-July so as of now I'm going to assume I didn't get the position however, incredibly unprofessional on their part. I'm reading the other reviews for interviews with this company and this seems to be common practice with them. I don't understand why it's so hard to email someone back to let them know they didn't get the job. If having an unpleasant conversation with potential candidates is something you can't handle, that's a huge red flag. Be better United Way.
