I was called about a week after I applied and asked to come in for an in-person interview the following week. I interviewed with the supervisor of the position and the employee who has the job previously and who had moved up to a new role. They were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
Meet with a panel of people 3 times before offer. The last interview was with the executive director. At first I didn't hear back after the last interview...but 5 months later they called me and asked me if I was still looking for work. I did one more interview and they offered me the job

First a phone interview . If you pass that then it will be, STAR panel interview with 3 or 4 people that will be over you. They ask you questions about situations at previous jobs.
