The interview was pretty straight forward but I was asked a lot of behavior based questions. They were trying to gauge if I had the skills and personality to handle difficult situations that may arise at 2-1-1. They also asked basic questions like what is it about United Way that interests you, what skills do you feel you possess that would make you successful in this position, what do you consider your strengths and weaknesses, etc.
