Very lengthy especially for a mailroom job - first you have to do a screening interview on Skype with an external company, and then you're invited back for a two-day "meet and greet" event and then there's a final phone interview.
Video interview screening which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes with recruiter. Basic screening questions.
Then asked to submit a Brand pitch submission. I was given 7 days to work on the pitch.
