After the phone screening I met with the Marketing Manager and have a second follow-up interview where it included both the Marketing Manager and Senior Director of Marketing. After my interview I followed up with their recruiting staff to get feedback. I never heard from the recruiter or the Manager on my status. They seem to just drop off and wouldn't respond to any email inquiries. I found this very unprofessional, even if I wasn't selected it would of been considerate of them to let me know, rather than no response at all.
