Interview process is conducted by a guide. Interviewers are not familiar with interviewing and simply read from the guide. All questions are typical behavioral type questions that you can google for answers.

All questions were typical - Tell me about a time where you had success? Tell me about a time where you failed and what did you learn? How do you handle a difficult co-worker? Do you like working with a team or as an individual?
The interview process took over 2 months and included several interviews with the typical questions by a lot of people. There was sheer disorganization, lack of clarity of what to expect on the next steps and just poor communication all around. I can’t believe they bragged about working on the weekend and that people left because they weren’t up for the challenge. I should have trusted my gut. For anyone who is looking for a job here, I’d advise to go somewhere that has their crap together. They are way behind on so many things and being here will waste your time and hinder your career.
