Process entailed 3 rounds. First round with the team lead, the second round, I was asked to prepare a presentation for the team lead and a director from the Bern office. The 3rd round was with a senior MD for Switzerland. Everyone was kind, supportive and it felt very friendly and less scary and formal. Communication was quick and effective and I always felt well informed.
