First formal round : With VP of Product Management. Was a good discussion where I was tested on various aspects both on the business and technical aspects. Was tested on pricing strategy, deployment models, market research, product design strategy etc Second formal round : With VP of engineering. Was again a good discussion on engineering touch points like requirements definition process, validation of roadmap with customers etc Third formal round : Face to face discussion with VP of products. This time the discussion was more about people management skills, team structure definition etc. This time it was more about introducing me to the Uniphore vision and strategy and getting me comfortable with it. Fourth round : This was a discussion with HR for cultural fitment, compensation expectations etc.
