Applied on their website and also on my college department trough career services. Received and invitation for an On-campus interview. The lady that interviewed me was pretty nice and helpful. Ask behavioral and some basic programming to test your abilities. Received follow up interview but declined.

There was no difficult questions. Whats the difference between a class and an object?
Random people from different teams and it was basic questions. If you have a degree you are in IT you can work there. Skill levels are all over the place

I applied through Handshake, then received an email asking me to sign up for an in-person interview at my school. Did the interview and they basically told me I got the offer.

I only did a first round interview. The interview was a lot of behavioral questions and talking about my past experiences. Ran through some other very common behavioral questions. Nothing very unique and not very technical.
