It was very easy back when I applied. An HR interview, then interview with two branch managers. There were basic questions like, "Why Union Bank?" They wanted to know what I like about banking, asked about my customer service experience.

Phone interview from recruiter, then an interview at the branch with a manager, then a final interview with the branch manager. Phone interview was with a really helpful recruiter who asked about my work experience and about my current position. The in person interviews went through standard company interview questions and were very conversational.
