Stage 2: Game-based assessment, quite interesting games tough.
Stage 3: Digital interview assessment to be completed within 7 days from you received the email. The assessment included 3 scenario questions (related to the business function) and 1 case study question (supporting pdf provided). You will need to record your answer and submit (only twice to retry).

Very company related and practical case study, as well as the three questions before. Make sure do detailed research before the interview and more on how will you communicate or deliver some information in your position and in determined scenario.

Entrevista
I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
