It was a friendly discussion with the Plant Manager and a company representative coming from the headquarters. They explained me the duties of the role, working hours, benefits that the company offers and career future. I met the requirements of the position and they called me approx. 2 weeks later to ask me if I am still interested and visited again to discuss salary. They made me an insulting salary offer regarding the responsibilities of the role and my skills. I declined

Interview process started out with their internal recruiter, then with hiring manager. Recruiter was very communicative and answered all the questions I had, process was easy and straightforward. Overall good experience.
