Online "Games", followed by a video interview and then an assessment centre. The centre consisted of a pre-prepared group excercise and some 1-1 tasks. You are invited to spend the evening the night before with other applicants, which makes the experience more enjoyable.

It was smooth, the questions were about your past experiences and desire for the role. You need 30 minutes. Make sure that you trained yourself. They give you just 2 minutes to prepare your answer

got a ATS interview, and never got back, interview was mainly situational questions, not too difficult. just make sure you have thoroughly researched the company as they will ask you case studied relating to unilever including which brand you like the most
