Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Unifynd Technologies
Entrevista
In the first round , there were questions on ReactJS, and a coding task , and questions on JavaScript and questions based on profile and next round was with founding member and it was like a two way conversation
The process consists of three rounds. The process took more than a month. First HR did the screening with basic questions on profile and experience. Then wen through 3 rounds.
1 Technical
2 Assignment
3 Tech + Managerial.
First round was taken by two leads. They asked very basic questions. One question I couldn't answer was- What is shapes in React. I was not aware of it. At the end of Interview I asked them. Do you use shapes in react. They said yes. I asked can you tell me any use case where we need to use it. Both couldn't tell. I was not so happy talking to lead with such concise knowledge.
There was no update till 3 days. Then I mailed HR for the update. He replied we will update you soon.
After 15 days I got the mail that we are considering you for 2nd round for which you have to submit the assignment. The assignment was a small game. They encouraged using scss and styling instead of images. I did the assignment with good code coverage and used styling compatible with retina screen.
There was no update for this too. On asking HR, he said assignment is under review. After around 10 days I got mail for 3rd round.
It was with 1 lead and 1 co-founder. started with questions on given assignment. He asked me some silly questions on code.Like
why you use 3 DOMs in your `package.json` (which were basically the packages we need for testing and DOM manipulation)
why you use typescript and not jsx(literally..? Not jsx..? ).
Then he asked me to change the code so that it could accept some dynamic input. On asking for criteria for given input. He said it has no upper or lower bound. It can be anything. Then I surrendered :P.
After that co-founder took over and after a tittle two way conversation interview ended.
Overall It was not a good experience. I doubt the quality of code they write.
