I had first telephonic round followed by HR setting up face to face round of interview. Interview process was well organized. Interviewer asked really practical and situational questions. Face to face round begun with general questions related to my profile and how I fit into the role. The interviewer then went into details of various scenarios. The first round interviewer gave the feeling that interview went in right direction and he showed he was more than happy with the depth of discussion. After this round was referred to Global sales head to discuss another round of discussion. This also went well. Though the biggest negative part was not getting the offer dispite more than 2 hours of interview which went flawless. Requested HR multiple times to provide feedback from interviewer for future improvement purpose, without any response. Total time spent in face to face interview: 2 Hours Time spent on travelling to location: 3 Hours Time spent on telephonic interview: 1 Hour
