First, I was interviewed over the phone with several questions designed to feel out your behavioral personality. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview. There I met 2 individuals, a supervisor and a senior co-worker. Conversation was easy going. I learned a lot about the role and the company. Subsequently, I was asked, if I had additional time, to interview with an executive, who was nice and had a few questions to get to know what type of role I was truly seeking. I was then given a tour of the facility to see what the operation looked like.
