The initial part of the interview process moved very quick. I had a phone screen within 3 days of applying and during recruiter phone screen they said were hoping to hire someone by the end of that next week. It’s now been over a month and haven’t heard anything back. No next steps, no “thanks but no thanks”. That’s 100% fine if you don’t want to move forward but ghosting a fellow recruiter is a little bit of a red flag.
