First was a quick 15 minute call with one of the founders. Just an introductory thing to go over my background as well as the role. Second was a take-home data restructuring task in Excel. Nothing super difficult, but there are a lot of minor important details. My advice is to leave yourself enough time to do it so you aren't rushed. It was kind of an interesting evaluation; not particularly similar to any I had done previously, but fair in the sense that I only had myself to blame for the mistakes I made.
