There was no interview process, we had to apply prior through our connections and we were offered the internship without any stripened. We were offered lunch everyday. It was a fine experience, but overall it was an enriching experience.

Selection through tests which pertains to the respective branch of engineering, in my case civil engineering. Basically college score till the last semester before the commencement of the internship is taken under consideration for the job.
