The interview was fantastic...very professional. Second and third interview scheduled consecutive days. Questions relevant to position, final interview with Director of facility. Tour of facility very nice for applicant. Offer followed immediately. I had no idea until the final interview the position was with Temp to hire agency. They discussed benefits, growth potential, discounts, bonuses etc, all not applicable to Temps I found out later.

Relevant to position, not overly technical. Very personable and comfortable atmosphere.
Then the biggie....Can you wait 4 months with lower pay for permanent position? Position being added to headcount for new fiscal year. Pay scale for permanent starts 30% higher.

I only had a phone interview, was not given feedback on why I wasn't pursued for the next interview. Phone interview was around 30 minutes. Tried following up with no further feedback
