It was slightly informal. I was lead into the back room, where we sat in a cramped office space, on two chairs facing each other. It was a somewhat casual interview.

The interview process had 3-steps with different managers. The store GM, a different store GM and the Area Manager. All of the questions had to do with getting to know you and asking about your experience. They also wanted to know what plans you had to improve the current operations process.
