I filled out an online application at 1 A.M. and got a call the next afternoon to set up an interview. It was a group interview.General Manager conducted interview and Presige Manager sat in and had a mini interview after.A lot of questions about examples of bad and good customer service. Received a call before noon from the manager a few days later (I missed the call) called him back around 2P.M. and was told he left for the day. I called him back early afternoon the next day and was treated rudely.He said he had called to offer me a position,but he couldn't talk now and I had to wait for him to call (sounded so sarcastic but I don't know the guy) I tried to find out when he was going to call and he said oh maybe next week....never heard back.Don't really want to work for an unprofessional, overly emotional person. The Prestige Manager was professional and really nice. The rest of the staff seemed nice too. Seems like a fun environment to work in...normally. Also since its not in a mall there is plenty of parking and easy access for employees. Hint dress code is all black -you can have a white tank peeking out.

It was very casual and I just answered some very basic interview questions, but my recruiter was really nice and I think they were more open to hired because of holiday season.
