In all good faith and contructive suggestion. Has great protential in revamping the hiring process. The reason for this is that in cases ofrejection, the employer will not share even the reason for rejection for development of candidate. On the contrary the reason they will share is receiving high inflow of application, which is normal in current scenario. The basis why high inflow does not count is simple, resume shortlisting is nowadays done by AI which narrowed down to very few interview calls. So holitically, if this company cant even respond back generously to interview candidate or to those candidate whose resume was is not in top category [let them know broadly what areas the AI is short listing the resume], then as an applicant it is important to think deeply before investing several productive hours to prepare resume, to take hours to research about company, to come to the location for interviews.
Basically, as an applicant, it is important to invest time wisely. So hope the readers can get some useful educational knowledge.
